Jesus cleanses our temples

Just like Jesus cleared the temple in John 2, He is also in the process of clearing (cleansing) our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit, of anything that is not of Him as His desire is that we be holy just as He is holy.

The younger brother is not at all interested in working for his father as he would much rather be living it up elsewhere, seeking the bright lights where it is fun and exciting without the boring constraints of his father’s house.
